Powerful exercise

Instead of writing down what you are going to do,

Wright down the things you have done.

What action did you take to day to get better and getting things done?

Did you read at least read 10 pages of a good book?

Did you eat healthy food?

Did you exercise?

Did you engage in positive association?

Did you do the things you need to do to be successful in your business?

Did you tell somebody, “I love you”?

At the end of the week, look back on your lists and take inventory.
